A good-sized double room in a very central flat, ideal for walking to Uni of Aberdeen or bus routes for RGU. Sharing with two laidback guys, clean and tidy but also friendly and often share beers/drinks together in kitchen/dining room It is not a flat share but rental of a room (all bills included) hence the lower than usual rent.
