Double bedroom to rent in a cozy flat

Hi,

I am looking to rent out my spare bedroom to a working professional. I am an easy going person and I am generally not in the flat a lot, so most likely you will have the flat to yourself. I am looking for a clean individual as the flat has been refurbished to good standard and I would like to keep up with it. The bills are included in the monthly amount.

The flat is located in the city centre just off Union street which is very handy if you take busses for travel. If you have a car then you can apply for a street permit with the council.

I also have a big dog that lives with me and occasionally pet sit my cat when my parents are on holiday.
