Convenient and Cozy Flat

Hello!

Looking for a suitable flatmate either short or long-term in a well maintained building. It is close to everything - public transportation, Berryden shopping area, and Kittybrewster stores. About a 20 minute walk to City Centre.

The room has a double bed, standing dresser, side night tables, lamp, and ample storage behind double mirrors. There is a heater in the room.

The common areas are:
- Living room, which has an expanding/compressed dining table, and adjacent work desk.
- Kitchen, has most basic cooking supplies and cutlery, inclusive of top refrigerator and bottom freezer, washing/drying machine, microwave, toaster, and plenty of cabinets.
- Bathroom, toilet, large shower tub with curtain, and shelves.

We will split the cost of electricity and gas.

Included in the rent is council tax band (D) and broadband internet.

I am a working healthcare professional. I am quite tidy and like to cook on the weekends. I have lived with many different females before and hope to find someone I get along with. My former flatmates would describe me as chill and clean.
