I am looking for someone to take over my room as I am moving out with my partner.

The house is within walking distance of ARI and the University of Aberdeen. It is also close to transport links to the airport and town. It is a lovely, sizeable south-facing bedroom with a double bed, direct access to the garden and a half bath.

The house is double-glazed with a boiler, which was replaced just two years ago. It comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 showers (one main bathroom + one ensuite) and one-half bath. There is also a large living room, a separate dining room, and a sizeable kitchen with a gas hob. There is a separate functioning utility room, a fully usable garage with an extra chest freezer, a driveway (with free on-street parking), and a lovely backyard.

There is currently 1 tenant (a girl), who studies at Aberdeen university. She is very friendly and easy to get on with. My partner who also rents a room in this property will be advertising the separate room as well. our 4th flatmate is also planning to move out as they are relocating to Glasgow and the add for their room can also be found on this site.
