House share 7 minutes from ARI

Hi, I'm Catherine, I have a 3 bed house just up the hill from ARI. I'm looking for a housemate for my spare room. It's a king size bedroom with a desk and chair, happy for it to be decorated how you wish to make you feel most at home as long as it is in a good decorative state when you leave. I am a doctor and work full time, I have three cats that I adore, all house trained and, once they get used to you, are excellent therapy pets. I have a boyfriend in the army that sometimes comes to stay however spends most of his time deployed or in the mess. Any questions please let me know ☺️ All expenses covered including council tax.
