One bedroom in a 3 bedroom flat for rent

There’s a 1 room available in a quiet 3 bedroom flat on king street. The room’s got a single bed, a study desk and a closet. Furnished kitchen, a living room and also a bathroom. There is no Wi-Fi. Each person spends £50 on electricity monthly and when we run out we top up. The heaters in the rooms do not work and if you want to use your own portable heater as winter is approaching then be ready to add a little extra when we’re topping up the electricity.
