Double room available in good location

I am moving out in mid-august to move in with my partner. There are three girls that live here, 2 post-graduate medicine students going into first year and 1 psychology student. They are approachable and kind, enjoy a good social. Also into various sports.

However, it is not a huge party house!

Move in date is around mid-august, can be a bit flexible though. Any questions, get in touch.

Lots of corridor space
Good size bathroom (shared between 3)

The two people going into 1st year medicine and I are currently paying the council tax over summer until mid-September. This works out to around 90 each month. If you are a student you will be exempt and not have to pay this.

Other bills ~30 month over summer rising to 50 in winter (max)
