Walking distance from ARI

I am looking for a suitable flatmate either short or long-term in a well maintained building. It is close to mall and public transportation. There is a heater in the room but unfurnished

- Kitchen, has basic cooking supplies and cutlery, inclusive of refrigerator, washing machine, plenty of cabinets.
- Bathroom, toilet, large shower tub with curtain, and shelves.

We will split the cost of electricity, gas and coyncil tax.

I am a working healthcare professional. I am quite tidy and respects othera privacy and schedule. I like to cook on the weekends I would be comfortable if somebody from pakistan.
