Double room to rent in a 2 bed semi-detached house

I am seeking a housemate to share my 2 bedroom house with. The place is very quirky looking, homely and cosy. (Will upload images shortly)

I'm currently looking for someone to share with, however I'd consider renting the whole place out for couples or friends. In which case the rent would increase accordingly.

I'd like someone who is clean, tidy and respectful and would consider my house their own home. I like my place clean and do the cleaning myself in all areas of the house apart from your future room. My partner has recently moved in with me, so you would be sharing with us, however I would spend most of the week down in Ninewells hospital and my partner works full time so you would have the place to yourself quite a lot.
