Hello!

My name is Luca, and I'm looking for a new flatmate as my current one is leaving.

I'm a physio student here in Aberdeen. I spend most of my free time climbing, playing sports, exploring the outdoors, or taking up new hobbies. When I'm home, I usually cook, rest, and have some quiet time.

I'd like to live with a friendly and respectful person, where it's possible to have open communication :)

Some additional info about the flat:

The flat also has two small storage rooms and a large hallway. There are shared, locked bike spaces downstairs, as well as free private parking.

It's a 5–10 minute walk from the beach and just a 2-minute walk from ASDA and ALDI. The flat is well insulated and, luckily, stays quite warm during the winter months.
