I'm looking for someone to replace my Silver Studio at Caledon Court Auchinyell Road near RGU Garthdee Campus. It's a free dual occupancy studio, so if there's two students who likes to share the room can also occupy.

It's an Ensuite studio with private kitchen.
The room is spacious enough for two occupants as I'm already sharing it with someone else.
There is big wardrobe and bed is queen size , suitable for two people.
Currently my tenancy is for a year , so preferably any RGU students can take it up further.
The bus stop is just 20 steps away.
Security is top notch.
There is a a separate table and pair of chairs. There's a study table with adjustable chair as well.
Perfect for students or couples.
