Looking for a new flatmate

Flat is on Jasmine Terrace, just off King Street. Very central to city centre and only ten minute walk from the beach. Nice residential area just up the street from Morrisons and other shop's.
It is a 2 room flat with 1 bathroom and a kitchen/ living room. I have been in this flat for the past year with my flatmate who is moving to another city. There is shared access to a lovely, sheltered garden and a shared shed.
