Looking for a *FEMALE* only flatmate to share rent and bills, and council (£45.90 each) with in my flat.
The bills would be 50-50. Would prefer a female non smoker and tidy flatmate to move in asap.
The gas is £35 each fixed, electricity is top up key, council tax £45 each, and rent is £250 each. Would ideally like some amount paid as security as well (£200-£250).
Shared kitchen and bathroom. Union square 10 mins walk away. Bus stop to RGU and UoA and Union St right in front of the building.
