Spacious 2-storey flat – Room available now

I’m 21 and a student looking for a flatmate to move into my spacious 2-storey top-floor flat in Aberdeen. The flat is modern, bright and quiet. You’d have a good-sized bedroom plus access to an extra single bedroom/spare room that I don’t use — so you basically get two rooms. Rent is £407 per month, and bills usually range between £30–£80 depending on the month. There’s plenty of space and shared living areas. I’m easy-going, clean and focused on uni, and just looking for someone similar who wants a chilled place to stay.
