4 bed female house next to university

4 bedroom house, completely furnished.
Landlady and landlord are an older couple who live a few houses down across the street, really lovely and helpful people. Property is a 5 minute walk from Pittodrie and University of Aberdeen. It also had a bus stop directly outside, easy to get to town. The 3 flatmates are all female students at the university as well. We are all super clean and tidy. The bathroom upstairs will be shared with one other girl. One girl has her own ensuit shower but shares the toilet downstairs with another girl.
I am looking to move out in January so the earlier you would like to move in the better.
Bills included the cost is roughly £105-120 per week (the most expensive being in December and cold months), this includes wifi and heating.
There is a lot of parking nearby, you may just have to apply for a resident parking permit.
There may be a deposit to pay £<500 but I’ll have to ask the landlady about that.
As everyone is a student we do not pay council tax.
The little door you see in my room extends backwards as far as my hed and its a storage closet, its got shelving and a clothing rail.
