Looking for a female flatmate to share rent and utilities with. Ideally, a professional bcz I would want to share council tax and water bill from Feb onward as well. But if a student is okay with sharing that, it’s fine.
Bills are no higher than £40-50 per month, each. Depends on the usage really. Bathroom and kitchen are shared.
There’s a bus that goes from right infront of the building to union st. It’s 5-10 minutes walk away from Union Square. Several supermarkets, bakeries, takeaways, and salons nearby too. Would want to flatmate to move in by early to mid January.
