Hi, I’m Jakub - you can call me Kuba. I'm one of the current tenants in a joint tenancy under DJ Alexander letting agency in Aberdeen. I’m looking for someone to take over my current flatmates double bedroom and join the existing tenancy, as she moved in with her boyfriend.

You will need to provide ID documentation, proof of address, proof of income & complete a credit check. If you are a student you will require a guarantor. More information will be provided upon request.

Firstly, I wanted to share a bit about me, the flat and the living situation to see if it might be a good fit for you.

I'm a friendly, laid back and open person, currently working on completing my IT apprenticeship. I'm very passionate about go-karting and car racing. Outside of my main job I work a second job as a food delivery driver, mostly Wednesday - Saturday evenings. When I'm not working I love to cook (learning), working out at the gym and studying for my further career certifications.

The flat is located on the 2nd floor in a convenient and quiet area with relaxed neighbours and no present issues, i have a good relationship with the landlord who very friendly and completes any required repairs in a timely manner. There are a few nearby shops including co-op (5min walk), Tesco express (2min walk) and Asda superstore (22 min walk or 5 min drive).
Nearest bus stop is 1min walk away with direct link to union street and Culter.

The available room has a double bed with a big glass sliding door wardrobe, storage under the bed and a drawer unit sufficient for your storage.

The only requirements I have from the new tenant is to be tidy, respect each others privacy, no excessive partying and noise after 10/11pm as I get up early. I will be sure to return all this in return.

£695 once a new agreement starts - £348 per person. We are currently setup on a pay monthly utility agreement with Ovo Energy, throughout the year we have been paying between £40-£60 per month altogether at most - estimate cost of £30 per person. New internet provider will have to be setup if required which will be a estimated cost of £15 per person. The total cost of living in this cosy flat will be £393 per month - not including council tax (Band D) - students excluded.
