Long terms lodger wanted for a cosy fully furnished single bedroom in Cove (near Altens, Tullos and Balmoral Business Park).

My family and I are relocating to England and we are looking for two lodgers to live in our house on long terms.
Professional females are preferred and sorry no pets due to allergy. Due to our new business, we will not spend much time in the house but we will travel back to Aberdeen now and again hence looking for lodgers and not tenants.

The location is amazing for folks enjoying a quiet, green and safe environment away from the chaos of the city centre but Union street is still reachable in less than 15 minutes by car. Aberdeen bypass (AWPR) is 3 minutes away from our drive-way and allocated parking is available for our lodgers.
Both rooms have private bathrooms and the whole house is accessible including a well-maintained garden at the rear.
Rates proposed (550pm for room#1 and 450pm for room#2) are all-inclusive (gas/electricity/internet/netflix). City council tax not included but only a minimal contribution will be charged where applicable.

The offer is only available to professionals or PHD students, sorry strictly no couples and pets. Deposit will be requested with no exceptions. References shall be provided by previous Landlord (as applicable) and by the current Employer.
