spacious flat in the west end of Aberdeen.
Ill be staying here for my foundation years as a doctor. Its a 25 min walk from hospital.
shared kitchen, bathroom and front room.
the room available has fantastic storage of 3 mirror'd wardrobes, radiator and large window.
wifi is fast and reliable.
Office upstairs available for computer/desk as that's where mine is.
Gas central heating, free on street parking. lovely nice neighbours.
Looking for my potential flatmate to be another healthcare professional/ healthcare student as i will be working nights and long days and need someone who also understands the struggle.
Council tax is ? as never paid. gas/electric is £35 each, and wifi is £15 each
a wee thing to note - Ive got an ileostomy, so my stoma stuff lives in the bathroom in a tower. its not in the way, but just a wee thing to note.
