Double room for rent

I am looking for someone to take over my contract. A lovely double room in a 2 bed flat, sharing with my current room mate (26 yo female student). The room is £400 a month, and bills approx £65 though from April bills are going down to £41.5 a month. The flat is super lovely, large bright living room, and kitchen, double bed, and bathroom! Ideal location in Aberdeen City too. The flatmate you’ll be sharing with is super lovely, training to be a paramedic, and quite often away on placement, so you’ll have the place to yourself.
