Looking for replacement in the combworks

I am currently residing at aprto combworks silver studio. I took it for 5 months for the first semester.
Room shall not be shown for that you have to rely on the management of The combworks that they would prepare ready to move in room for you when I have left. You would be moving 2 days after that As per their guidelines.
You can just check the common areas outside cleanliness and amenities corridor and facilities like lift. For visitors they provide an identification stamp.
Please check the silver studio pictures in following link, room is similar to what is seen in the images. Bathroom has sensors which lit if someone enters the room, induction cooktop with safety switch.
Cleaning of the room is the student tenants responsibility.
If you need I will attach the contract terms that you may have to endure during your stay here at combworks.
Grocery places are grosik their fresh grocery comes on tuesday. They have variety of pasta oils and snacks for students minimum daily needs.
There are some restaurants in the george street and in the next street powis plaza too.
Bon accord mall setup is in walking distance.
Studio is garden facing.
Bus stop is in 100 meters in catherine street.
UOA is in walking distance.
