Furnished double room in city centre inc. all bill

Hello! My current flatmate is moving out, so I’m looking for someone to take over their lovely, fully furnished double room in city centre Aberdeen as soon as possible.

The ground floor flat is in a great central location, meaning you're walking distance to everything you need.

We have a shared living room to relax in, as well as a nice shared garden and patio area at the back which is great during the summer. We also have a large shed outside which is perfect if you have a bike or just need some extra storage space.

I also travel a lot for work, meaning I will likely be away for the entire summer. Even when I am back, I work standard full-time office hours, so I’m rarely in the flat during the day. You’ll have the place completely to yourself very often!

When we are around at the same time, I'm always up for a chat or sharing a meal or a drink, but I also respect personal space.

There is on-street parking that is free overnight, and a council permit is available to purchase if needed. However, there are also some free parking spots within a 5-minute walk.

Open to both students and professionals. Couples and pets might be considered depending on the circumstances, so just let me know your situation.
