Double rooms for short/long term stays

I have 2 double rooms available for short or long term stays in a converted farmhouse 3 miles west of Aberdeen. The property is located up a farm track - it is very quiet, safe and secure. There is no access to public transport so a car is essential. There is an off-road car park in front of the house.

I live in the house but the guest wing is completely separate and private.

Both rooms have a private bathroom, TV, silent-running fridge and access to kitchen and laundry facilities. There is ultra-fast Starlink WiFi throughout the property.

Ideally suited for people working in the area who prefer a homely environment to staying in a hotel.

The rate shown is for one person for a 7-day stay and includes all bills.

Filly licensed by the local authority to provide short term lets.
