Double room in student house

Hi, we are 3 female postgrad students at the university of Aberdeen, 2 medics and 1 dental student looking for a 4th flatmate as our current flatmate has graduated.

The available room is on the third floor of the house, it’s fully furnished with a double bed and has good natural lighting. The flat itself has 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms, sitting room, dining room, kitchen, office and a garage. We also have a garden out back with a washing line that gets a lot of sunlight.

We are situated 20 mins from the hospital and 20 mins from the main university of Aberdeen campus. There are also regular buses into town.

About us
We are all down to earth, friendly students who have previous degrees in law, biomedical science and dental therapy. We all have different interests such as surfing, sailing, bouldering, running, reading, F1, football, cooking and baking. We enjoy a wee night out or a pub quiz but equally enjoy a quiet night in. We enjoy spending time together in the flat but also respect each other’s privacy and quiet time.

We’re ideally looking for a female flatmate who would be staying a minimum of a year although a male would be considered.
