Student Flat in Aberdeen City Centre

A great small flat in a really convenient location. 15 minute walk (or 5 a minute bus) from University of Aberdeen campus, 5 minute walk from the railway and bus stations, and being in town you're close to dozens of restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shops.

Bills are very reasonable, with electric and WiFi usually between £50 and £65. There is a shared living room, with a sofa, dining table, television and large opening windows.
The kitchen is fairly large, and comes with a washing machine, drying rack and a tumble dryer.
The room is compact, and comes with a double bed, wardrobe, small chest of drawers and a desk, with storage space for folders and books. There's a socket next to the bed, and another next to the desk for lamps and chargers.
