The flat has good communal areas and is well equipped in terms of appliances, 40 inch TV/DVD player in the living room. Living room also includes good sized dining table and 4 chairs, without taking over the whole room.

ALL bills included in the £475 - includes broadband and TV licence.

The room is available from 1st June until 12th September, so a lease roughly fitting that period would be ideal.
