Hi,
I have a double room available, ideally for a Mon - Fri person (but I'll consider a full-time person), in a new 4 bedroom semi detached house in the Hilton area of Aberdeen. The property is in the Campus Development close to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary but also within walking distance to the centre of town.
The house has good quality appliances throughout, a large TV in the living room, Sky & BT Sports, broadband, washing machine, dishwasher, a cleaner (who comes round once per week), a front and back garden (the back garden gets the sun in the evening) and a garage in which there is a free weights/gym area.
I am the live in landlord. Although the property has 4 bedrooms, the 3rd bedroom will stay as a spare room and the 4th is a study.
There is a downstairs toilet and the upstairs bathroom has a toilet and both a bath and a stand alone shower in it. My room has an ensuite so you would have the upstairs bathroom to yourself (so effectively an ensuite).
Parking is not an issue as there is a driveway and the street is really quiet so on street parking is fine (permit free).
I work in the city centre (oil industry), which is easy walking distance away. I like to keep myself pretty fit and active so I am busy most evenings. I also enjoy cooking and socialising etc.
Rent includes all bills.
This is a quality house in a quality development and I like to think of it as a fun and comfortable place to live. If you come round to view it then I sure you will not be disappointed. Well worth the money.
