Beautiful garden area which I maintain to a good standard as enjoyable in the warmer days if we get any for drinks and bbq in the decking area and patio heater. House has fibre fast wifi. Kitchen has eating area, washing machine and dishwasher. Living room also has dining area. Room contains plenty of storage with 2 units also bedside cabinet. Built in cupboard which has storage for hanging clothes. Also a tv with free view. Room is bright and airy. Double bed. Bathroom with shower over a deep bath. Loft available for small pieces of storage such as suitcase. Parking is on the road and free.

I have a dog who is friendly. Just loves cuddles and chilling.

Looking for someone who is tidy when using facilities in the house. I am an easy going person and would be respectful if person wished to have friends over for dinner etc.
