Room in executive apartment with cleaner

I currently have a room for rent in my flat in the city centre of Aberdeen.

My current flatmate is moving to London at the end of this month as she has left her job in Aberdeen.

The flat is immaculate, it has two balconies including one private balcony. The living room & kitchen are both large. The bedroom is spacious & has its own door opening onto the balcony.

The room has access to its own bathroom as I, the owner, have an ensuite, so bathroom would only be shared with guests/friends in the evenings & weekends.

There is also a third bedroom that we use for storage, for guests & for clothes horses etc.

We have a cleaner who comes every week for a few hours. This does not mean you won't have to clean, but it does help.

There are two really friendly cats also in residence here, so prospective flat mates must be cat lovers.

I have literally no preference if males or females look to move in. But without a doubt if you are in any way dirty or unclean please do not contact me. That's really my only pet peev is mess & dirtiness. (:

Our flat is sociable but respectful. We have had dinner parties & parties in the past. Quiet people & outgoing people are both welcome, we are somewhere in between.

I have worked out the 'average' bills we have paid over the last two years has been 134 pounds per month. Lowest being about 80 pounds, most bring about 170 pounds. Usually we divide the total bills(sky, broadband, phone, gas, electric, property maintenance, council tax, tv licence) by three & it's calculated end of month & divided.

So bills are 135 pounds roughly.
