Double Room in City Flat

My flatmate has recently moved out (to buy a house, not because I am horrible to live with). So there is a spare double room available in a fully furnished two bed flat with attic space and a shared garden. On street parking is also available but a pass will need to purchased from the city council. It is a private let and I have a good relationship with the landlords. So I am looking for someone that will pay rent on time, square me up promptly with any bills (council tax, broadband & electric) and generally look after the place.

I currently work full-time Monday to Friday and am looking to live with a fellow professional. I am not too worried if they are male or female but it is important that we get along. In my spare time I tend to play rugby, go running and enjoy the odd night out but am also studying part time so this is less then I would like.
