Common areas are cleaned regularly free of charge, so you will not have arguments and issues with your flatmate in terms of regular cleaning. This is all free of charge

The flat is within walking distance from St Machar Park and Seaton Park. The University of Aberdeen is within a stone’s throw distance and you can be in the campus after a nice 10 mins walk through St Machar Park. Local amenities like supermarket, bus stops and convenience stores nearby.

Parking is free and on-street. No issues in terms of parking your car either during the day or during the night.
