Beautiful furnished double room available

I am looking for someone mature and friendly to live with. I am looking for students due to council tax but non students are welcome to apply.

I spend most of my time playing music, using my computer or spending time with friends. I am not a big party goer and currently I am focusing on my studies. I also work and volunteer. I currently have 1 small cat, that stays in my room but I am in the process of rehomeing her.

Property has shops very close by, bus stop 2 minutes walk away, university 7 minutes walk away and parking outside. Property also has small back yard where smokers are encouraged to smoke as flat is a no smoking property.

2 references preferred - but this can be discussed.
