Spacious room to rent

One spacious room available to rent in a three bedroom flat. The flat is 30 minutes walk from the university, 20 minutes into town and 15 minutes from Foresterhill. Very nice area, with lots of shops within less than a minute’s walk. Potential flatmates would be sharing with a 4th year female History student and a 4th year female International Relations student. We are both quite quiet and tidy so we would want someone similar to ourselves.
