King and double bedroom available in lovely flat, in quiet area with lots of parking. By the football stadium - perfect distance between Aberdeen Uni, the beach and town. 380 for the king (with ensuite), 370 for the double. The bills (just gas and electricity and internet) are not bad. Relatively new building - very warm. The tv licence and factoring are covered.
I am going to take the smallest room and will be in the flat infrequently.

Looking for students who will be able to pay rent and bills, keep the place in decent condition and keep in contact.
