Room to let in Garthdee Aberdeen

The room is to let for 250pcm. Bills are not included and are approx. 40 for Gas & 40 for Elec with wifi at 30 pounds total. The bills are done once every 1.5 months (as on a top up system) and between flatmates a discussion is had to determine who pays what and when, for example, one person pays elec and one pays gas and the wifi is split equally -- but it is very casual! Parking on street is available with permit (which will be given to Tenant)

Ideal for Students OR Professionals (council tax will be discussed if required) and close to both City Centre and main routes in and out of City

I am a current student doing my 2nd Degree at RGU in Nursing - as a result I spend a lot of time on night shifts so as long as new flatmate isn't holding parties every single night I'm happy with anyone :)
