- Its a semi-detached 3 bedroom house, with a shared bathroom. kitchen, dining room and a living room.
- The kitchen has everything you need, including a fridge and a washing machine.
- the room is a spacious single room, with a standing wardrobe, cupboards, desk and chest of drawers. (as shown in the photos)
- the house is very well located. 5 minutes walk from Aberdeen Royal infirmary, 6- minute walk from Aldi and 7-minute walk from Aberdeen school of Medicine and dentistry (perfect for students)
- it takes around 15-20 minutes to go to the city centre by bus. the bust is just 2 minutes away.
what I'm looking for?
everyone is welcome , as long as you're a tidy, clean and friendly person but respect others privacy. The room is very suitable for both students and professionals. unfortunately couples, pets and smokers are currently not accepted.
