We are in a great location with wonderful doorstep wildlife. Very few neighbours yet only 10 miles from Aberdeen City Centre. There room for parking, it is a one mile walk to the bus and close to the Formartine Way for cycling and 3 miles to Dyce railway station.
It is a rustic detached cottage on two floors with one large double bedroom and one small double bedroom. There is plenty land for a kitchen garden and/or to work on a project.
We are looking for two friends or individuals who would use and appreciate the space. The property, including kitchen, bathroom and living room would be shared with the owners. The rent including bills is £350 for the large room, and £325 for the smaller room.
