En-Suite Room - Old Fire Station - Unite Aberdeen

Due to a change in circumstance, I am currently looking for a STUDENT to take over my booking with unite from the 01/09/18 - 13/07/18. However, I would require the booking to be taken over by the end of April 2018.
The room is situated in Flat 262T, which is located on the top floor, with views looking out onto the beach front. Classic en-suite rooms at The Old Fire Station have single beds and are 5 metres x 2.5 metres in size as well as spacious storage and a large desk. The wet room is conveniently equipped with everything you would expect in a normal en-suite but with the benefit of no restrictive shower cubicle.
The accommodation is very well situated being 0.3 miles from the City Centre. With bus stops right outside the property, students have great access to both the University of Aberdeen and Robert Gordon University. Other close amenities include the supermarket Morrisons which is approximately a 3 minute walk from the Old Fire Station, as well as a range of take-away shops along King Street.
The room is being offered at a slightly cheaper rate compared to Unite's website due to booking in advance.
