Looking to rent out a bedroom in my 2 bedroom flat in Bridge of Don. This flat is very close to the beach front, and all amenities. It has the best of both worlds in terms of being close to the city to walk or bus yet out far enough to avoid the hustle and bustle and enjoy the beach area, local nature reserve walks and also has a sizeable garden. I'm a professional myself and not in the flat much tend to work long hours and out with I will be out running or cycling, but also have a wide range of hobbies including photography and hill walking very east to get on with.
