Sunday-Friday Room to Let

Room to rent in a 2 bedroom 2 floor flat. The room has direct access to a patio and large shared garden. My partner and I are back doing a full-time university course so it would be perfect for mature students on placement coming to Aberdeen or for professionals requiring somewhere to stay during the week in Aberdeen, belongings can be left no issue and happy for you to come back Sunday evening. My partner is away Monday-Friday until middle of December.

We do have a working cocker spaniel, so tenant would need to be ok with dogs. He is extremely friendly and laid back. I spend most of the time out and about either at university, work, the gym or walking Alfie. Both very friendly and laid back and would like our flat mate to treat the flat as they would expect someone to treat theirs. The flat is clean, tidy and modern. The room comes with a build in wardrobe, under bed storage, cabinet, a double bed and bedside tables with lamps.

Bus stop within 5 minutes and walkable to Aberdeen Uni. Lovely and quiet location, no traffic noise whatsoever.

We currently have a PDGE student in the room until the end of October. Room available from start of November
