We have a lovely, average sized, double room available in very large, spacious detached home, near centre of Ellon, Aberdeenhshire, from April 2013. Strictly FEMALE ONLY let. Price includes all bills except phone. Also MON - FRI ONLY for this room. Ok if an occasional weekend here. Please do not phone if male and / or wanting more than Mon- Fri.

This is ideal for professional, Mon - Fri female as very safe, secure, cost effective and friendly. The house is very large (6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and very large kitchen/diner).There is a huge drive so plenty of room for parking. You will have your own fully furnished bedroom with plenty of storage and access to shared use of bathroom, laundry, kitchen and gardens. Extra storage can be made available in the large garage area if required too. remember the £375 per month includes all bills and I do not want a huge deposit. We try to help our lodgers.

We will make you very welcome and can help someone new to the area settle in. We need someone who likes dogs too. The house is kept very clean and tidy so no worries there and we have all mod cons including free wi fi.

Central location means we are convenient for all the local amenities in Ellon and there is a bus stop at the end of the road for Aberdeen. (25 minutes by bus) My house is set in an acre of gardens so it is quiet and private even though in easy walking distance of town centre
