Double room and single room available in Fraserburgh , occupants will have access to living space shared with other available room of the house off of the shared hallway , this includes bathroom , living room and kitchen areas (i have my own toilet , kitchen and living area ) house used to be inhabited by two families hence the reason for being two kitchens and living rooms downstairs , bedroom , living rooms furnished and fridge , cooker and washing machine in kitchen area also a shared garden area with clothes drying available , landlord reserves the right to access these areas if required.

House is a stonesthrow away from town centre and a very short walk from the bus station providing transport links to aberdeen, peterhead and surrounding areas

Length of occupancy to be agreed with any potential occupant, one week up front as a security deposit
