1 Double room to rent

Hi!

I currently have a large double room to rent in my flat located in Fyvie.

It's located about 30 minutes from Dyce, 20 minutes from Inverurie and 10 minutes from Turriff.

Room is furnished but you would need to provide your own bedding etc.

There is a separate living room, with an open fire and electric heater, a shared kitchen with plenty of storage and a shared bathroom.

There is also free off-road parking for those who drive and a regular bus service which leaves from over the road from the flat.

There is a small Co-op in the village and a large Tesco in Turriff.

The rent includes wifi and council tax only. Electric is on a pre paid meter so is separate cost of £50 per month.
