Description
This is a house share where we each have a bedroom and en-suite with toilet and sink. There is a bath upstairs and a power shower downstairs. Ideally I am looking for a contractor working locally who goes home at weekends. The rest of the house and grounds are shared.
The property has plenty of parking, a large garage for storage and is very rural. If you like being able to walk to shop/ pub/ takeaway this is not for you.
I have an old dog, a cocker spaniel so you need to like and accept a dog
Your room is upstairs with restricted height access so better for someone under 5ft 6” .
I have listed the rent as £100 per week. It is basically £20 per night, you don’t pay for the nights you are away and you can leave cloths / food / belongings here while you are away.
Not suitable for students as it is and hours drive to Aberdeen and the unis.
