Turriff Room to rent

Lovely quiet house in semi rural area not far from turriff. Owner away most of time but occasionally stays with two small dogs and very occasionally a small child or two ( would always give advance warning!! )
So much of time youd have whole house but when im around i appreciate my personal space within reason! Having said that im out all day every day and only cook in the evening .
My perfect lodger would be mature ,quiet and peaceful .
Im very outdoorsy and run my own forestry business. I meditate daily and in the past have run a pottery . I like travel and mountaineering at home and abroad.
The room is bright and quite large . At moment double mattress but no frame . Good storage .
Kitchen reasonably equipped . Bath and shower.
Share of bills to reflect above .
Also a shed out back suitable for craft work .
