Double room in large 2nd floor flat

I'm a 26 year old engineer looking for a flatmate in Westhill. I'm looking for anyone who is clean and has a decent sense of humour!

Everything in the flat was new when I moved in a year ago, everything in the pictures will be staying in the flat except the coffee machine. The flat is always warm, has the fastest broadband I could get and has loads of parking outside. It also has an amazing view out of the living room (the main reason I don't want to leave this place).

The room available has a double bed, a couple of bedside tables, a lamp and a spacious built in wardrobe with full length mirror doors. There's a large cupboard which will be empty too as well as lots of space in the loft for storage.

I can arrange to do viewings at any time of the day just give me a call or text to arrange.
