1 double room for rent in a spacious flat in Arbroath with amazing views of the North Sea from almost every room in the house. Room comes furnished with ikea day bed (that pulls out into a double bed), large mirror, clothes rail and shoe rack. Additional furnishings can be discussed as can entry date. As you can see the room is currently used as a dumping ground but this would be cleared in advance. Price includes rent, electricity, WiFi, Sky and on street parking. If registering for council tax this would be an additional cost (approximately £33 p/m). Although the building is non-smoking, there is a designated smoking seating area and a juliette balcony in the flat.

My name is Lauren and I am a 27 year old professional who works shifts and I'm also a full time student (which is why I don't pay council tax). I am very sociable and looking for someone clean and respectful. Initially looking for a 3-6 month let. I spend a lot of time between work and my partners house so there may be several days out the week that you will have the house to yourself.
