I have a large 3 bedroom apartment set in the heart of Arbroath, flat is within a beautiful historical part of Arbroath.
Large flat consists of 2 large rooms and one double room,

All shops bars and bus station, train station etc.. very close proximity to property
Trains very frequently to Dundee(10 mins)
I am an off shore worker but also live in Aberdeen, looking to get two like minded students, or professionals to rent to big rooms, I would be live in landlord but only for around 3 months per year
