Hi I have 2 bedrooms to rent in my large 3 bed property in the heart of Arbroath town centre, it's a historic building with plentiful character, high ceilings, cornices and sash windows, access to all amenities, large kitchen, living room and bathroom, plus big sun trap back garden for bbq's etc, surrounded by Arbroath Abbey, I'm looking for like minded people to stay with, I'm a 40 yr old oil and gas worker, very sociable, like a laugh and to socialise, I will also consider pets.
