The property is situated in town centre of Arbroath in the grounds of Arbroath Abbey, close to all major bus&rail services. Plenty shops and restaurants, cafe, pubs only a minutes walk away.
I work offshore ,so only there a few days a month,.

Ideally I would like to rent the rooms out seperate although renting out whole flat to a family would be considered
